Cabbage whites are a very easy species to rear. One female can easily lay clusters of eggs on store bought cabbage. I’ve had tremendous luck with this species. These species can survive low humidity.
One cabbage head can feed about 8 caterpillars. Adults can live about 2-3 weeks on sugar water.
